I’m a recruitment consultant with over 30 years’ experience in the Hong Kong construction and engineering industries, an area of work I know well. I fell into recruitment by chance when a recruiter I had appointed to find my next role invited me to join him. It turned out my sector knowledge, work experience and interest in people is the perfect skillset for recruitment.
Every part of the recruitment journey is delivered by me. I take the brief, do the research, seek out and interview candidates, and support people with their overseas transition. It’s a specialist service founded on trust, industry knowledge and strong client relationships.
I’ve lived in Hong Kong since 1994 and raised my family here. I know the city, people and culture inside out, sharing my knowledge with candidates to help them settle. Before setting up Milestone Recruitment in 2015, I worked for international contractors involved in multi billion-dollar infrastructure projects in Hong Kong.
