An excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading international main contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Complete delivery of construction phase
- Allocation of equipment and manpower resources
- Strong HSE awareness
- Strong budget / cost and timeline awareness
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with a renowned main contractor, in which 4-5 years in project supervision role
- Member of CIOB or HKIE is an advantage
- Good communication, negotiation and management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
